If you aren’t fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

STEP 1

Email us at tintitagain@gmail.com to raise your return request , within 5 calendar days of the delivery of the product. We will facilitate pick up for you.

STEP 2

Pack the product back in the bag, and hand it over to the pickup agent.

STEP 3

Our team will assess the product, once it reaches our warehouse.

STEP 4

The amount you paid for the garment, will be given to you in the form of a store credit, valid for 3 months from date of issue(Shipping and COD charges paid will be deducted from the amount)

NOTE- To be eligible for return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition in which you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging. Your item must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (Store Credit)

STEP 1

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

STEP 2

If your return is approved, we will immediately provide you with store credit of equivalent amount to your TINT IT AGAIN Account.

(Store credit valid till 3 months from the date of issue.)

Exchange

STEP 1

Email us at tintitagain@gmail.com to raise your exchange request , within 7 calendar days of the delivery of the product.

STEP 2

Pack the product back in the bag and ship it to us ( the courier charges will be borne by the customer)

STEP 3

Our team will assess the product, once it reaches our warehouse.

STEP 4

We’ll dispatch your desired product.

STEP 5

Still not feeling it? Shop when you like something, while we save your investment. (Valid till 3 months from date of issue)
